Rockstar Games really shook the world when they released the first trailer for GTA 6. This trailer showed everyone all the work they had put into this game in the last 10 years. But after seeing all the titles Rockstar Games has released before, it comes as no surprise. However, what came as a surprise was the world that Rockstar Games has created in this game. It’s called Leonida, and it’s full of real-world references and celebrities. And turns out the game has a real celebrity too!

GTA games have featured various celebrities over the years. Ray Liotta was Tommy Vercetti in GTA Vice City, and Samuel L. Jackson was Officer Tenpenny in GTA San Andreas. And now, with GTA 6, will have Rod Wave.

Rod Wave, a Miami Rapper, is seen flaunting a Blood Ops T-shirt in the GTA 6 trailer.

Rockstar Games will be continuing this tradition of featuring real celebrities in one way or the other. Some eagle-eyed fans noticed GTA 6 featuring a character with an uncanny resemblance to Rod Wave, known for tracks like Ghetto Gospel and Heart on Ice. So of course, those who have spotted this character beleive this is intentional. However, what is even more interesting is what he is wearing. He is referencing something very special.

In one of the scenes in the GTA 6 trailer, Rod Wave is seen pointing at the camera and nodding. He stands alongside a bunch of cars and a pickup truck. And he is wearing a t-shirt with “Blood Ops” written on it. What’s funny about the t-shirt is that he is referencing a parody game that Rockstar Games featured on GTA 5. In that game, Michael De Santa’s son Jimmy is seen playing the game.
