KSI took to Twitter for the first time after Paul shared a tweet about his promise “to buy back Base Egg and Base Animal CryptoZoo NFTs for their original purchase price.” In KSI’s first post, he re-shared Logan’s tweet and captioned it, “What will the haters say now?” In a later tweet, KSI said that Logan Paul is genuinely doing his best to assist those who have been affected by the CryptoZoo project. He also states Paul’s other successful venture and says, “I think people are forgetting that he currently has another project called 99 Originals.”

The post stated that the buyback, amounting to over $2.3 million, is accessible through the website and claims can be submitted until February 8. Despite spending $400,000 to develop the game, Paul revealed it wouldn’t be released due to regulatory issues. The buyback aims to compensate those who intended to play CryptoZoo, not those who “gambled” in the crypto market. He said that Zoo Token wasn’t meant as an investment and the users suffered a loss for taking the risk. He ended by thanking everyone for their patience while figuring out the first-ever NFT buy-back.
