In a recent podcast episode with Xbox era, Jeff Grubb talked about Marvel’s Blade and its possible future with the new Xbox hardware. According to his claims, the game will launch around 2027, as marked by Disney on their calendar. What’s more interesting is the fact that he addressed the possibility of the game being a launch title for the next Microsoft console!

“Internally they are expecting that (Marvel’s Blade) to be sold in-store and digitally in the year 2027. That is the year Disney and Marvel have put on to their calendar,” Grubb stated in the podcast. Taking the conversation forward, the host asked if there was a possibility of the game being a cross-gen game from Xbox Series X to the forthcoming console. Responding to the query if Marvel’s Blade could be the launch title of the new hardware, Jeff Grubb gave an intriguing response.
“There’s been a lot of speculation about that as well. We definitely could be looking at new hardware by then. For real! Maybe that’s why they are not saying it’s for Xbox Series X,” he added.
