And following the release, everyone is doing what one does when trailers release; spotting details, clues, and easter eggs. And the trailer has too many.
GTA 6 carries the biggest set of expectations for any project in gaming history. Judging by the success of GTA V and the fact that it’sbeen 10 over 10 years since, really adds to the level of expectations gamers will have. Moreover, the tag of the ‘most expensive entertainment product of all time’ surely adds to the hype built around the game. And the record breaking trailer has hinted at big things. Lead characters, the return to Vice City, gorgeous cars, the trailer had everything. But there’s more to the trailer than meets the eye. That said, let’s look at 10 such details.

As the game takes you back to a more immersive and refined version of Vice City, you’ll notice a pretty solid nightlife. The trailer gave three insights on the same.
One being when Lucia is driving down the road at night, which shows the buildings around lit up and busy. Then there’s a glimpse of not just a strip club but a view of the ‘Jack of Hearts’ nightclub. So roaming the map at night would be as interesting as ever in the GTA universe.
2) The character background of Lucia
There’s not much officially revealed about the background of Lucia. However, in one frame of the trailer, there’s a photo beside her bunk bed in prison. The photo looks like a family snippet of the character but has no kid in the picture, contrary to the theory of her having a kid in GTA 6.
3) Prison Break Prologue
The introduction to Lucia in the trailer happens inside a prison cell. Her interaction with the prison counselor, Stephanie, also hints at the possibility that the prologue of the game could include a prison break mission. It is important to note that earlier leaks had claimed a similar theory about the game’s debut mission.
4) Confirmed Locations
From two snippets of the trailer, there are a few confirmed locations caught on the billboards. Kelly County, Vice City International Airport, Stockyard Downtown, Vice Beaches, and Vice Keys are the ones that caught the eye.
5) Map size and world-building
The most talked about feature from the GTA 6 trailer has to be the map size. The trailer provides a convincing glimpse of the Vice City Skyline along with some drone shots of the map that monumentally surpass the size of Los Santos in GTA V.
6) Return of the ‘Beasts’
This one is for the automobile lovers. A lot of iconic cars are returning in GTA 6. Gauntlet Hellfire, Pfister Comet S2, Porsche, and Carbonizzare are a few of the brands that have been confirmed visually through the trailer.
7) Attention to Detail
Of course, the graphics of the new game look impressive. But the attention to detail is beyond the current standards of gaming. The developers have taken a leap over Red Dead Redemption 2 as the NPCs in GTA 6 look unique, different, and diverse, making it a perfect immersive experience.
8) TikTok/ Reels Spoof
They continued the hilarious trolling streak of Grand Theft Auto as GTA 6 makes a strong commentary on short video formats and their influence on the community.
