The makers of the Life is Strange series, Don’t Nod, are coming up with a new game soon. The game is titled Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, which was presented at Gamescom 2023. This game exhibits influences from Sony’s God of War series. Set in 1695 North America, players will play as Red, a Banisher on a mission to hunt ghosts and, more importantly, bring back his deceased romantic partner, Antea. The game is set to release in February, 2024. And while players wait, devs have some great news for their fans.

If everything went according to plan, fans would have been able to play the game by November. However, the devs decided to push the release of the game to February 13, 2024, to further polish and have a better chance for success in a less competitive environment. While this news must have made some fans sad, today the devs have revealed the Collectors Edition for the game.

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden Collector’s Edition

Focus Entertainment’s recent upload on YouTube features the Collectors Edition. The video gives fans the first look at what they will be getting if they order the Collectors Edition of the game, which will be available for players who plan on pre-ordering it. This is a limited-time Edition that will be discontinued on February 12, 2024.

Here is everything that players will get upon purchasing the Collector’s Edition of Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden:

1. Red and Antea Statue:
   • Players will get a 24-cm statuette featuring Red and Antea.
   • The statuette is unique as it can be split in two, showcasing interchangeable hands for customization.
2. Official Steelbook:
   • The game’s official Steelbook® which gives players some background lore to the universe the game is set in.
3. Art of Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden:
   • Players will also get a 128-page art book in English which is created by the artists at DON’T NOD.
   • Gamers can immerse themselves in the world of Banishers with stunning illustrations and behind-the-scenes insights.
4. Banishers Signet Rings:
   • Two signet rings representing Red and Antea, delivered with adjustable cords.
   • The rings come with a leather pouch embossed with a Banisher rune.
5. Game Copy:
   • The game Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden.
   • PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X players will receive a physical version with exclusive cover art from Focus Entertainment Store.
   • PC orders will receive a digital version as a download code for Steam PC.
6. Wanderer Set DLC:
   • Players will be able to access the exclusive Wanderer Set DLC, enhancing their in-game experience with additional content.

The Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden Collector’s Edition will be available for $199.99 USD. While waiting for the game’s release, players can now decide if they want to go for the Standard Edition, Red Echoes Edition of the all-out, Collector’s Edition.
