Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 players have taken issue to another gameplay-based issue. While players have been able to ignore some issues, others are definitely going to make the devs a little stressed up. The latest case is regarding a particular animation in the game which has irritated a lot of players.
Since the game’s launch last month, fans have urged the devs to add tons of features and changes. Despite MW3 being generally good with its experience, there are still some areas where it’s lagging. In this instance, players are unhappy about certain weapons. A player has claimed certain weapon animations to be the reason for getting killed.

If the animation of a weapon can result in the enemy catching players and killing them, then it’s definitely a serious problem. Such is the case in a recent instance. Seems like using guns in some maps, namely Rust and Shipment, is not a good idea due to a bad animation.
A Redditor recently posted their complaint regarding gun cocking animations in Modern Warfare 3. The player noticed the issue while operating a gun during online matches. Apparently, it led them to get killed multiple times.
“The amount of times I have died when stuck in the gun cock animation is ridiculous. It doesn’t help that the spawn system is so unbelievably s**t that you spawn in the crosshairs of an enemy,” read the post from this player. “Get rid of it.”

According to the disappointed player, the gun cocking animation is making oneself visible to enemies for a certain duration. By the time the animation stops and the weapon is ready to use, players are sighted and killed. One can’t ignore this situation as there have been other issues as well regarding weapon behavior in the game.

Just a few days back, some players pointed out how bad Warzone is getting due to Modern Warfare II guns. They are available to equip in MW3 due to the Carry Forward feature. However, in battle royal matches, they are not hitting targets as intended, according to fans who have faced this problem.
This time, a player has taken issue to the gun cocking animation and spawning. The developers will need to pull up their socks to address the complaints and bring effective solutions. Sledgehammer’s team has been responsive to the community issues and handling player reports. Surely, the devs will look into this as well.
