Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies mode just got better. It has become highly popular among the fans. So much so, most players are spending more time in the open-world experience compared to the much loved Multiplayer. But there’s one thing about MWZ that has annoyed a lot of players – the removal of an effective feature that enabled them to score more zombie kills. Thankfully, the devs have now decided to change their stance with Season 1.
Modern Warfare 3’s Season 1 brought in tons of new content ranging from weapons and operators to maps and modes. Moreover, it has revealed various transitions to different formats, like Multiplayer and Warzone, including Zombies. And speaking of zombies, it’s going to receive a much-needed element once again that previously helped players to have insane killstreaks.

For the uninitiated, there was an option for players to earn more XP points by scoring infinite kills in the Zombies mode after the global launch of MW3. Players were able to take down as many zombie enemies as possible while increasing their XP count near the Exfil sites. To the devs at Treyarch, it appeared as if this was an exploitation by players of this specific element present in MWZ experience.
As a result, the devs reduced the number of enemy spawns in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies while making Exfils. Obviously, a lot of players were disappointed with this decision. According to them, it wasn’t right, as the sole purpose of zombies mode is to keep spawning zombies endlessly. Well, now it appears Treyarch has decided to offer more enemy spawns in Modern Warfare Zombies near the Exfil sites.

A section from Season 1 patch notes read, “All exfils will increase the number of enemies spawned, with the Final Exfil receiving a significant boost to enemy count and enemy types.” It confirms that zombie spawns will get a major boost in MWZ. However, one should note that this change will arrive in-season, going forward. Which means the users won’t see this transition right now.
