Lawrence Sullivan, also known as the Florida Joker, has accused Rockstar of incorporating a character based on him in the game. In the GTA 6 trailer, specifically around the 1-minute mark, fans can observe a heavily tattooed character featured on a Spanish news channel.

The character in GTA 6 does have some resemblance to the Florida Joker, but he has different tattoos on his face. To make the claim more believable, the Florida Joker dyed his fair purple to match the character in the game. He then took to Twitter to post clips of him demanding $1-$2 million from Rockstar for using him as a character in the game. So far, he has uploaded 2 videos of him trying to get some money from Rockstar Games but to no end.

Sullivan posted a video on TikTok, with a new appearance with an orange prison jumpsuit and purple-dyed hair. He emphasized the lack of contact from Rockstar Games and claimed he was providing “free marketing” for GTA 6. By now many fans are annoyed at Sullivan for continuing the battle which he will never win.

GTA 6 fans’ say on the Florida Joker

Fans were not happy about the accusation that Rockstar Games tried to steal the livelihood of the Florida Joker. Many started to point out how he changed his hair color to match the GTA 6 character.

One user brought up how many other people have tried to sue Rockstar Games only to no avail.

A joke about the alligators in the video filing a lawsuit against Rockstar Games was made. The alligator incident in GTA 6 was inspired by a real life incident where an alligator had broken loose in the state of Florida.

One user mentioned that Rockstar Games is getting free content from this incident, which only elevates the hype around the game.

Another user tagged Rockstar Games and suggested that they give him 3 million in GTA 6 currency.
