Since the gate-crashing incident happened, a lot of unclarity was there on Judge’s injury. Even though the Yankees star said, he is feeling good but has not played ever since. Now clearing the air over the situation, Aaron Boone has shared an update on the injury. Yankees Videos shared the video of Boone’s media interaction. The caption of the post read, “Aaron Judge has a contusion and a sprain of the ligament of his toe and will be headed toward an IL stint. There is no fracture or break on his toe.”

When asked about the conversation Boone had with Doctor Armand regarding the diagnosis, he replied,  “Yeah, so he’s going to go on the IL. He’s got a contusion and a sprain of the ligament. So he had a PRP shot tonight, and then I mean, the biggest thing now is, you know, trying to get the swelling out of there.”

Regarding the recovery timeline, Boone shared, “Some improvements today, but, you know, now we just see where we are in the coming weeks and or days, and then you know week.” Though the reports suggest there is no breaker or fracture in Aaron Judge’s toe, fans are still not happy with the injury reports.
