Djokovic plays 80th ranked Mikael Ymer in the first round. He could face Hugo Dellien or Ričardas Berankis in the 2nd round and then proceed to face a tough challenge against 7th seed Matteo Berrettini in the quarterfinals.

Should he make his way to the semifinals, he could face the fearsome Daniil Medvedev.

Djokovic comes into the Grand Slam with great form as he beat Diego Schwartzman to win his 36th ATP Masters 1000 title at the Italian Open. The Serbian has made a quick switch to the clay-court and looks ready to challenge for the French Open.

Rafa will begin his title defense against 83rd ranked Egor Gerasimov. The Spaniard could face a qualifier or Mackenzie McDonald in his second round. Furthermore, he is slated to face Fabio Fognini in the 4th round.

In an enticing potential clash, Rafa could headline a quarterfinal match with US Open 2020 finalist Alexander Zverev. Moreover, we could see a repeat of last year’s final with Thiem on course to face Rafa in the semifinals.

Looking for a 13th French Open title, Nadal seemed rusty when he played in the Italian Open. Rafa went down in straight sets in the quarterfinals. He is playing after seven months on the sidelines, and so it might take a while for the Spaniard.
