It is always a heartwarming feeling when a familiar game title makes a return. The Xbox Games showcase concluded recently and many titles were announced. The last announcement brought back many memories. Fable is making its way to Xbox and PC and the game looks bigger and better than ever.
Fable is an action RPG that made its debut back in 2004. The same year, it became one of the most successful titles, becoming a franchise on its own.

The game follows the story of The Hero of Oakvale. As a child, his village is attacked, resulting in Hero being raised and trained to become a legendary fighter. The story progresses with quests and challenges as Hero unveils more about his past.
Fable returns as a reboot for Xbox?
The last title was released back in 2010. The fourth installment in the series just made an appearance during the Xbox event. It is being developed by Playground Games and it looks like the game will be a reboot of some sort, specifically considering the title read “Fable” and not Fable 4.
The new game will make its way to the next-gen Xbox Series X console and Windows PC. That also means it won’t make its way to Xbox One. The new Fable could be high at hardware and this is a good thing for the franchise to bounce back with a game that is visually demanding. After all, Playground Games is known for the Forza series; one of the most visually stunning games around. If the same holds true with Fable, gamers are in for some joy.
The rumors around the game have been swirling around for a while now. Many suspected a new Fable to make its debut soon, and we’ve finally got ourselves a treat. The RPG game could be bigger than ever when it releases. The game will be available for Xbox Game Pass Members from day one.
