Fortnite has been one of the most iconic titles in the Battle Royale genre. One of the first games of its kind, Fortnite introduced a lot of gameplay elements in the genre and rose to massive popularity really quickly. The fact that that the game has held on to its popularity is impressive, to say the least.
Epic Games manages to keep the game at the top of everyone’s mind in the community. Even though the game has not made many changes in terms of competitive gameplay, it keeps on adding elements that help keep the popularity of this title alive.
We have seen a Marvel-themed season recently. Subsequently, we have seen various in-game collaborations one after the other, that attract fans from various pop-culture fandoms. For example, the inclusion of The Mandalorian and The Predator as NPCs greatly appealed to the Star Wars fandom.

Fortnite is in a good place currently. However, there are certain things that the community would like Epic to change in the subsequent seasons. Popular FN pro-player and streamer, SypherPK, suggested changes that Epic Games can make to this title in the next season.

SypherPK suggests changes in Fortnite in various aspects
Before delving into it, there is something that Sypher has made really clear. SypherPK says that he still loves this game, and the suggestions that he has put forward are merely his own opinion as a player. He has been a part of the FN gameplay ecosystem from the very beginning, and hence, has seen the game grow.

The first issue that Sypher addresses is the amount of action in the game. This is something that he has been complaining about for a long time now. Majorly, all the action in the game seems to be focused on the center of the island.
Moreover, many players have complained the game does not feel as lively as it used to, with only a handful of players remaining after just the first circle. Although Epic has tried introducing more gameplay elements, like NPCs, to curb this issue, Sypher suggests they try to employ another method to fix this as well.
Another major issue that he wants Epic to change is the AK 47 Assault Rifle. As per ARs go, players have been stuck with SCAR since the very beginning. Although the game keeps introducing new shotguns, the AR meta in the game is quite weak. Moreover, the AK 47 is, to quote Sypher, “awful”.

In addition to this, Sypher speaks about the rumors regarding weapon and vehicle attachments as well. He is hopeful about this addition, since it might fix one of the weaker aspects of the game: the shooting mechanism.
We do not know what Season 6 has in store for us as of now. However, if Epic introduces attachments, we might be looking forward to a major change in the overall gameplay meta.
