Professional gaming and streaming together can often be an exhausting task, especially for teenagers. Previously, Ninja decided not to pursue a competitive career in Valorant to focus more on his streaming and personal life. Clearly, he made the smarter move to avoid frequent burnouts and enjoy what he does. Now, Fortnite pro Clix found himself at a similar crossroads.
The past few weeks haven’t exactly been easy for Clix. After a disappointing run during the FNCS qualifiers, he and his team failed to make it to the championship. Things got even worse for the pro due to poor judgment in posting a tweet. The Fortnite streamer ended up posting an NSFW tweet following which Epic Games suspended his ‘Support-a-creator’ code.
The 16-year-old Twitch stream vowed to act more maturely on social media. However, this wasn’t enough to convince Epic Games to reinstate his code. Even though he is one of the most popular Fortnite streamers and has a flourishing streaming career, the bumps from his professional career have crept into his content creation.

Clix has been having frequent breakdowns after Fortnite streams
At 16 years of age, a full-time streaming career alongside professional gaming turned out to be a bit too much for Clix. While he managed to handle the two initially, it slowly started taking a toll on him. Moreover, with the recent hiccups in his career, it has been difficult for the Fortnite player to get himself out in front of an audience.

Keeping the sustainability of his career in mind, Clix recently informed his fans via a tweet that he will be taking a break from streaming. The Fortnite pro cited mental issues as the reason for his break, including frequent breakdowns after he ends his streams.
My mental has been really bad lately a lot of mental breakdowns after streams and just playing the game in general, with that being said i'm going to be taking a break from streaming. Hope you guys understand 🦾

Following his rise since 2019, this would be the lowest point in Clix’s career. He clearly needs some time to shake this off and focus on rebuilding his mental health. He couldn’t have taken the break at a better time as, content-wise, Fortnite isn’t adding a lot of new stuff. Therefore, if a few days is all he needs, he can come back ahead of the start of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7, and stream all the new content for his fans.
