Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7: Teaser Trailer Confirms New Weapons, Skins, and More

Chapter 2 Season 7 of Fortnite, that revolves around aliens and UFOs, will arrive in a few days. From foreshadowing quests to teaser trailers, Epic Games is leaving no opportunity to enhance the hype for the upcoming content.

Recently, Fortnite released the first teaser for Chapter 2 Season 7. Interestingly, the game’s various social media handles across Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook released different trailers. A breakdown of all the three trailers dropped a ton of information regarding the next season.

Futuristic weapons coming to Fortnite in Chapter 2 Season 7

Leaks had already suggested that Chapter 2 Season 7 will contain many sci-fi updates and weapons. On Facebook, Fortnite posted the teaser for a mysterious gun with the following description:

Island surveillance shows inhabitants abide by standard laws of gravitational force. Suggesting field tech deployed to counteract this.

From this description, it is safe to assume that this brand-new weapon is an anti-gravity gun.

As per prominent Fortnite creator SypherPK, this gun can inflict the Hop-Rock effect on enemies. It might throw them off balance, or launch them in air defenseless. As for now, one can only speculate about the mechanics of the ant-gravity gun, and SypherPK is no exception.

He talked about the upcoming weapon in a recent video:

SypherPK is more than excited for the release of the anti-gravity gun. This is primarily because it can be great for trying out unusual shots and challenges.

New back bling, weapon charm, and animals

The other two teasers, released on Instagram and Twitter, showcased a milk carton and a fish stick toy, respectively.

Here are the descriptions for both the items:

Milk Carton

The creatures of the island seem to use this strange, flimsy holding device to consume their.. bone modification liquid?

From the looks of it, the island might welcome new creatures such as cows in Chapter 2 Season 7. They will drop consumable items like these milk cartons that can rejuvenate health.

Fish stick charm/back bling

Appears to be a wearable replica of some sort of amphibian creature. Note, there seems to be traces of white fur scattered around the wearable device.

As for now, there is no confirmation regarding the actual use of this fish stick toy. While some believe it to be some sort of weapon charm, others are claiming it to be a brand-new back bling.

Before the official release, we might get two more teasers for Chapter 2 Season 7. They should drop additional hints regarding the storyline, gun mechanics, and of course, skins.
