Epic Games leaves no opportunity to celebrate real-life festivities virtually through Fortnite. Accordingly, the Battle Royale title annually organizes exclusive Halloween events like Fortnitemares, and even alters the theme of the map based on real-life seasons.
The latest event to arrive in Fortnite on April Fool’s Day is the Spring Breakout. The game will celebrate the festival of flowers with a twist that contains robotic ducks and pastel-suited bunnies. Moreover, players can avail exciting new outfits, some paper craft, and in-game rewards.
The arrival of Spring aligns with one of the biggest holidays of the year, Easter Sunday. Games like Animal Crossing: New Horizons have already rolled out events to celebrate the occasion, and Fortnite is no exception. Easter eggs are spread across their island that grant five shield and the ‘hop-rock’ effect if someone eats them.

SypherPK reviews the Egg Launcher in Fortnite
The Egg Launcher is a seasonal Explosive Weapon and was originally added in Fortnite during Chapter 1 Season 3. It returns to the game every year on Easter, and players were more than excited to recreate their memories with it in 2021. The Egg Launcher seems like a modified version of the Grenade Launcher and deals 70 damage at common rarity.

Twitch streamer SypherPK was one of the first creators to explore the returning weapon.
SypherPK successfully equipped a gold Egg Launcher and finally found a player to test his upgraded weapon. The streamer expected the gold Egg Launcher to at least inflict 100 damage. To his surprise, it only dealt 77 damage, meaning that all the upgrades resulted in a marginal increase of 7.
“All right guys! I did it so you guys do not have to! Do not upgrade the Egg Launcher to gold. Do not! It is a scam, a fabrication.” screamed SypherPK.
Regardless of these statements, the Fortnite veteran ended up eliminating a ton of players with the Egg Launcher and was certainly enjoying the Easter spirit.
