Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the fittest athletes in soccer. For any player to remain consistently at the top of their game, consistency and adaptability with respect to fitness and nutrition are key. Not surprisingly, Cristiano Ronaldo epitomizes both of those qualities.
The former Juventus forward is known for his notoriously rigid diet. According to his personal chef, the Portuguese international doesn’t eat expensive food. Everything he eats is natural and organic. Eating such a bland diet consistently is not meant for everyone. Ronaldo’s new teammates were also affected by this when they saw Cristiano’s plate before the match.
