Final Fantasy 7 mobile Battle Royale closed beta registration ends on 27 May
The closed beta is only available to players residing in the US and Canada. Those who want to participate in the week-long testing phase can sign up by expressing their interest on the official website. The registrations that began on May 7 will last till May 27, giving players another 18 days to grab the chance.
A mere sign-up will not guarantee players the chance to enter the closed beta. However, the developers intend to take as many people as possible for a better review of their upcoming game. Therefore, there is a big possibility that many who do sign-up may get a chance to play the closed beta.

Finally, those who manage to get an email from the developers accepting their applications can access the game during the first week of June. The closed beta goes live on June 1, 2021, and will continue till June 7, 2021.

FF7 mobile: Device requirements and storyline
Unlike Apex Legends mobile, which set very high requirements for the open beta, Final Fantasy 7 The First Soldier doesn’t. The game only demands 64-bit Android devices running on version 7.1 or above. Additionally, they also need a minimum of 3GB of RAM in their devices to join the closed beta.
Such low divide requirements would allow many players to sign up for the test phase. Therefore, players can expect a much refined final product. With regards to the storyline, Final Fantasy 7 The First Soldier is like a prequel to the PC version. The game is set 30 years before the events that take place in FF7.
