

The Chilean Olympic finalist, Fernando Gonzalez , most renowned for his monstrous forehand has had quite a successful career in tennis reaching as high as world no. 4 in the singles rankings. He was an electric character on court and was also known for his flaring temper, smashing rackets, back when the rules weren’t as harsh. He also bagged a handful of titles and an Olympic medal. His forehand was one of the most feared forehands in tennis in those days and he could hit winners from anywhere on the court. Today we go back in time to relieve some of his best moments and points.
