FaZe Clan is one of the most prominent and influential esports and entertainment organizations in the world. The organization employs professional esports players and content creators around the world and across a wide range of games. Their diversity is incredible. However, quite a few controversies have encompassed FaZe Clan of late.

There are ongoing contract issues with Dennis “Cloakzy” Lepore, and Turner “Tfue” Tenney’s lawsuit still hangs over FaZe. Apart from that, the organization parted ways with their long time editor FaZe Barker, and co-owner Nordan “Rain” Shat found himself kicked out of the FaZe house recently. And now, the Clan is amidst yet another controversy involving another member, Alexander “Adapt” Prynkiewicz, aka Faze Adapt.

Recently, FaZe Adapt, and Facebook Gaming streamer and social media influencer Corinna Kopf went back and forth, insulting each other on Twitter.

FaZe Clan Co-Owner and Corinna Kopf involved in a Twitter spat

The dispute started after the streamer, who joined Facebook Gaming in an exclusive deal last year, made a tweet about one of her ex-boyfriends and her dog. On June 8, Corinna Kopf tweeted, “My ex still follows my dog but has unfollowed me on everything… feels bad.”

FaZe Adapt responded to the tweet, saying, “When u date every dude in LA, that’ll probably happen.”

The Facebook streamer called out Adapt for’s**t shaming’ and followed it up with a befitting reply, saying she has dated three guys in the six years she’s lived in LA.

Meanwhile, FaZe Adapt’s comments drew backlash from other content creators as well as fans. Twitch streamer Fleeksie and YouTube personality Tana Mongeau gave their takes on the Twitter spat.

Adapt claimed he was trying to “make Twitter fun again”.

After that, Adapt posted another tweet, explaining that he respects women and cherishes his four sisters. “I grew up in a household with 4 women; their names are Sydney, Vienna, Milan & Paris. I love my sisters,” he said. But, he took yet another dig at Kopf, “But I don’t condone snake a** h**s… that’s all.”

The Facebook streamer responded to the jab by posting a screenshot of their personal conversation. “Why didn’t you call me a snake a** h** when I DM’d you?” she asked. FaZe Adapt apologized to her during the conversation and claimed he was trolling her because of boredom.

However, FaZe Clan member retweeted Kopf once again and retracted his apology later.
