NASCAR fans must remember Michael McDowell, most vividly from the 2021 Daytona 500. The 38-year-old driver created history back then when he won his first-ever Cup Series race with his team Front Row Motorsports. Recently, he announced a wonderful piece of news from his personal life.
Michael McDowell was blessed with a baby girl and the little angel has been named Isabella Grace McDowell. Obviously, the NASCAR driver’s happiness knew no bounds. He took to social media to announce to the world the arrival of his fifth child. This took place after McDowell finished 28 in this year’s Daytona 500.

The 2016 NASCAR Xfinity Series winner has slowly and steadily made progress in his career. Winning the Great American Race in 2021 brought McDowell to the limelight, and it clearly shows given the love he has received since sharing the news of his fifth child’s birth.

Despite winning the Daytona 500 in 2022, it was last year that McDowell enjoyed a new level of high in his career. It was the first time in his career that he finished twice in the top fives and 12 times in the top-10s.

Also, he had an average start of 17 and an average finish of 16.7, both of which are his career best. The only disappointing event that happened to McDowell at the end of the season was seeing his crew chief Blake Harris leave.
