Lewis Hamilton might be a master of driving, but what makes him stand out is his ability to handle pressure. Where other drivers crack under pressure, Lewis has ice running in his veins. He’s like Roger Federer of F1.
There are so many similarities between the two respective GOATs. Like Roger, Lewis Hamilton hardly ever snaps under pressure. Like the Swiss, he never gives up and fights until the end. But more importantly, they play the sport like a gentleman, with respect for their opponents and sportsmanship that oozes class.

You can’t buy that, you can’t win that, you can only earn prestige as high as they have. The Mercedes driver compared himself to Tennis greats Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal in an old interview. He said,
“Pressure points. Weak points. You just keep your foot down, keep the pressure on and when the other shows no sign of weakness… that’s definitely difficult.”
“Look at Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. At some point in the game, one will see a slight weakness in the other – even if just half a percent. He added, “He’s the best because he’s got the best out of himself and whatever he does works for him.”
