America, especially the east coast has Hamilton’s heart. That’s probably why he did not think twice before spending a tidy sum on his penthouse. The Billion Dollar Man spent a whopping $38.5 million on the Manhattan penthouse he purchased back in 2019.

In 2017, Hamilton also bought a six-bedroom detached villa in West London from actor Simon Woods. The beautiful villa apparently was made by the famous builder Samuel Johns in 1860.

Hamilton currently resides in Moncao and for someone who has homes across the globe, it is only natural to have one in Monte Carlo. Hamilton invested in his Monaco home in 2007 and purchased the house in the exclusive Fontvieille district. With no real valuation at our disposal, we believe the 2,000sq ft would cost about $36 million.
