There is nobody quite like Lewis Hamilton. There is truth to the statement, but it gets a lot more gravitas when it comes from Tom Brady. Both of these individuals are incredibly talented and successful in their respective sports, and both have immense respect for each other.

Tom Brady sings praises for Lewis Hamilton

The respect that Brady conveyed through in his Vanity Fair interview gives one a sense of the heights the Brit has reached.

Brady’s assessment of Hamilton tells exactly why the F1 veteran is still one of the most sought-after drivers despite being in his 16th season.

“I think he’s an artist,” said Brady. “I think when he sees the racetrack, he sees it different than everyone else does. I just think he probably sees lines on the track no one else can see.” 

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers man further points out the Mercedes man’s unreal consistency in the sport.

He adds, “Anyone can have five great seasons, but it’s really hard to have 10 great seasons or 15 great seasons.”

“That takes different traits, different qualities.”

The seven-time Super Bowl Champion was quite impressed with how Hamilton saw through and dealt with the entire 20021 Abu Dhabi GP fiasco.

Hamilton would’ve been well within his rights to throw a tantrum or be absolutely fuming after the chequered flag. However, Hamilton did no such thing as Brady observed, “He handled it as gracefully as anyone possibly could imagine.”

Hamilton is a composed individual and his handling of the aftereffects of the 2021 Abu Dhabi GP showcased exactly that. And if F1 fans did not have proof of that already, Brady’s stance should solidify it.
