McLaren scored 1-2 at the Italian Grand Prix for the first time since 2010 as Daniel Ricciardo won the race with teammate Lando Norris coming in second. But we saw McLaren CEO Zak Brown on the podium ceremony rather than team principal Andreas Seidl.
Brown mentioned he cut the deal with Seidl long back, that if they win the race, he would be on the podium and not the German.

“Andreas is always very calm, which is great, I mean that’s the kind of leadership you want in the Formula 1 team, as he says one win and last weekend wasn’t very good so I think we have to keep our feet on the ground. And one win at a time,” he said.
