After purchasing Minardi in 2005, Red Bull converted the Italian team to Scuderia Toro Rosso. Toro Rosso then was renamed Scuderia AlphaTauri to promote a clothing brand by the same name. And since their debut 2006 season, the sister team of Red Bull has worked as a feeder team to the main Milton Keynes base.
The current driver lineup of AlphaTauri consists of Pierre Gasly and Yuki Tsunoda While Gasly has already driven for the Bulls in 2019, Tsunoda is a promising prospect for Red Bull. Despite his potential, the Japanese driver is more talked about because of his team radio outbursts. Commenting on exactly that, Red Bull Racing’s advisor Helmut Marko has shared some insights into Tsunoda’s situation.

The AlphaTauri man’s anger is an issue and is probably coming in the way of his performances. However, Marko has revealed Tsunoda is working on it, he revealed, “Our problem child is Tsunoda. He’s quite explosive about the onboard radio. Sometimes he complains when he goes around the corners, which is not good for his speed. Although, the aggressiveness, if put to use by “problem child” Tsunoda, can achieve great things. He just needs to be calmer, like the current Red Bull world champion. Marko even jokingly said, “Fortunately, our Max is still calm.”

Hopefully, the sessions will help Tsunoda gain control over his emotions during the race and be much more focused. Red Bull methods might be working on Yuki Tsunoda

The Japanese collided with his teammate Pierre Gasly at the British GP and caused a spin. The AlphaTauri pair drove away from the synchronized spinning crash however, Gasly had to retire his AT03 later in the race. And Tsunoda finished at P14 as the last of the classified runners in the race.
However, Tsunoda was sorry for causing the crash and hurting his team. He said, “Mainly, I just want to say sorry to the team. After that, I had damage to the car, it was very tricky to drive and that made the rest of the race very difficult for me.”
