Sebastian Vettel scores points

For the first time in the current Formula 1 season, Sebastian Vettel has finished a race. For the first two, he was absent because of a positive covid result. Later, he failed to finish at the Australian Grand Prix. But now, back among the points, Seb is a cheerful man. Moreover, doing it with a struggling and slow Aston Martin makes the P8 finish even sweeter.

However, the German did not expect to fight among the leaders at any point in the race. And that’s exactly what his comments reflect in his interview with Motorsport.com. “Even though I tried to hold Charles behind me in the last episode, there was no way to do it. He was three or four seconds faster in the end. If you had told us before the race we were going to fight a Ferrari with four laps to go, I would have taken it right away!” said Vettel.
