The Mercedes domination has collapsed, with two important people leaving the team already. An F1 pundit recently suggested Lewis Hamilton think otherwise if he wants to finish his career at the top.

The Mercedes domination of the V6 Hybrid era ended when F1 introduced the ground effect cars and Red Bull capitalized on it. Mercedes has managed to win only a single race since the new era began. However, as Mercedes have not been able to provide a competitive car, Lewis Hamilton might be thinking of making a move to another team. Rumors of the seven-time world champion moving to Ferrari next season have already made their way to the paddock.
