After a one-sided race in Spa, Formula 1 returns once again with the Dutch GP at Zandvoort. After an exciting qualifying session where Max Verstappen pipped Charles Leclerc to snatch pole position, the rest of the grid was not far behind the duo. Here’s how the grid will line up for the race on Sunday.

The Dutch GP line-up this year is very different from the one that happened last year. However, the pole sitter remains the same for a second year running as Max Verstappen won pole again.
The Mercedes duo of Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas started 2nd and 3rd respectively last time out but are replaced by the Ferrari pair Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz this year.
Lewis, however, will start the race from 4th position whereas Red Bull’s Sergio Perez will be joined by Mercedes’ George Russell in the third row.
Lando Norris starts from 7th whereas Mick Schumacher starts in the top-10 for only the fourth time – his second best start in Formula 1. The German beat expectations and outperformed the predictions.
Yuki Tsunoda will start 9th on the grid whereas the impressive Lance Stroll will start 10th. Tsunoda’s teammate Pierre Gasly starts 11th and Esteban Ocon will start alongside him in the 12th position. His outgoing Alpine teammate Fernando Alonso starts 13th and Zhou Guanyu will start alongside in 14th position.

Alex Albon and last year’s final podium winner Bottas will start 15th and 16th, respectively. They will start ahead of Daniel Ricciardo and Kevin Magnussen in the 17th and 18th positions. The final row consists of 4-time champion Sebastian Vettel and Nicholas Latifi in 19th and 20th positions.
The weather report ahead of the Dutch GP
Max Verstappen will be looking to increase his 93 points lead over teammate Sergio Perez and add another victory to his bag. Amid all this, let us look at the weather conditions ahead of Sunday’s main race.

While the weather was particularly clear in the qualifying sessions, there is a slight chance of rain in the main race on Sunday. The weather is expected to remain cloudy throughout the day and there is a 20% chance of rain according to reports.
The maximum temperature will be around 23 degree celsius, whilst the minimum temperature is expected to remain around 15 degree Celsius. The race air temperature will remain around 23 degree Celsius.
