Being the ultimate speedsters, F1 drivers have a knack for picking the best and the fastest supercars. And given that most of them drive for teams who actually are automakers, they get to flaunt the best of the rides. However, there is another thing that the best of the best love to own. One that does not come for free like cars. That is the luxury of owning a high-end yacht. Fernando Alonso is the latest to join the club as a new journey with Lawrence Stroll and Aston Martin begin.

F1 personalities and their association with water vessels are coming to the fore a lot lately. We recently saw Lewis Hamilton having the time of his life while spending a long vacation with snowboarding Olympian Shaun White and actress Nina Dobrev on board a $243 million superyacht called Octopus. Then we learned about former F1 driver Nikita Mazepin’s father going missing with his two yachts. Now, $260 million worth Alonso (according to Celebrity Net Worth) has got a $5,599,000 worth (as listed on Yachtworld.com) 60 Sunreef Power Eco electric yacht.
