Albon also expressed his pride in the team’s performance, emphasizing the challenges they faced throughout the season.“I am very proud of my performance. I’m not the most arrogant person, but I give myself credit for having had a very good season. It seemed to me that most of my races were not easy, there were races where we fought and fought again the whole time,“ Motorsport Italia quoted Albon.
“But I like it. I feel like this is the environment I feel best in. For me, it was the best year in F1. The bond I have with the team has helped me a lot. It seems to me that this was the year that we were able to execute everything that we did so well,“ he added.
While the 2023 season was undoubtedly one of the best in recent times for Williams, things are looking even brighter in coming years, and Alex Albon gave us a hint of that at the end of the season.
