One thing that most of the new-age drivers currently in Formula 1 have in common is sim racing. These drivers like to do sim racing and stream those races for their millions of fans. A great way to connect with the fans and share some unfiltered banter. However, everything one does and says in these live streams cannot be taken back. A couple of years ago, Lando Norris became a victim of this unfiltered banter.
The Brit was reviewing funny clips from live streams and came across one with George Russell. During Russell’s sim racing with Charles Leclerc’s brother Arthur. During the race, as Russell headed into the pits, someone on the live chat claimed, “Lando’s PC is broken”.

This prompt made Russell speak up and share Norris’s dirty little secret with the world. “Why’s he always got problems? I think it’s because he’s watching too much p*rn at the moment. I know what he’s like,” the Mercedes man joked.
Norris, while reacting to his clip, couldn’t control his laughter and said, “yeah sure you do George.” However, Russell had the last laugh as he said, “I borrowed one of his magazines once..” and Norris completely broke down in laughter.
No secret is safe with Russell. Although, how does Russell have some intimate knowledge of his McLaren compatriot?
Well, Norris, Russell, Albon, and Leclerc all are really close and part of a streaming team called the Twitch Quartet. The four, however, haven’t streamed in a while, a scenario that might soon change.
