Sebastian Vettel is one of the most loved drivers on the grid. Be it his racing skills, his work for the community, or raising awareness to the F1 crowd, the German is without a doubt one of the greatest drivers in F1 history and is certainly one of the humble ones. In this era dominated by social media, Vettel surprisingly still does not use it.

A hilarious moment between Vettel and Lewis Hamilton

A throwback to the Australian GP press conference in 2018 saw Vettel being asked about his interest in social media. Vettel smirkily said, “Yes and no are my answers. Finnish answers, short.” Lewis Hamilton immediately joined the conversation as he commented, “I thought you are on social media,” to which the German replied he was not using social media.

Although Vettel has won multiple races in Albert Park, he struggled throughout the weekend. The DNF result added to his misery after a Q1 exit during Saturday’s qualifying.

Team Principal Mike Krack admits that Aston Martin will need to rectify their issues. He said, “This is really something we need to look at what car we provide him, what feedback he gets from the car because he will agree with me that him being off so much as he has been this weekend is not normal and I don’t think it’s related to having missed two races.”
