The Emilia Romagna GP was full of thrilling moments that fans got to witness. But the F1 fans would like to know more about their favorite drivers, like what they drove to the Imola race.

F1 drivers are one of the very few people in the world who have the luxury of driving F1 cars that are worth millions. But they can’t drive those F1 cars out of the races. So, the drivers have other vehicles to drive outside of races. Let’s see what each one of the drivers drove to the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari.

Charles Leclerc’s expensive ride to Fernando Alonso’s simple car

The 2022 world championship leader, Charles Leclerc, drove a Ferrari 488P Spider, worth around $284,700. The Ferrari driver drove his Black car all the way from his home in Monaco to the race weekend in Imola. Meanwhile, his teammate Carlos Sainz drove a silver Ferrari Roma on day 1 to the paddock but drove a red version for the rest of the race weekend. Further, the Roma Ferrari costs about $213,054.

Alpine duo Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon drove Renault Espace Initiale to the paddock. It was shocking to see them driving such simple cars, which cost around $30,000. But they came along with their staff and close ones, so needed vehicles with more space. Also, they did so to avoid attention.

Further, the Red Bull and AlphaTauri drivers came in the Honda Type R, which costs somewhere around $38,000. However, Yuki Tsunoda drove a Honda NSX on the first day of the Imola GP, which can set you back around $169,500.

The four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel and his teammate Lance Stroll came to the paddock in the expensive Aston Martin DBX 707, worth about $239,086. Lewis Hamilton drove an electric car, the Mercedes EQC 400, which can cost $100,000. While his teammate George Russell came in a petrol car, Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S, which costs approximately $117,050. Also, the Williams driver Alex Albon also came in a Mercedes, the CLA 180D, which costs around $38,200. On the other hand, Nicholas Latifi came in an Audi A4 worth about $39,900.

The other F1 drivers and their rides

The McLaren driver Lando Norris drove a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid worth around $29,075 on the first day of the Imola GP. But for the rest of the race weekend, Lando came in an Audi A6 Quattro that can set you back $55,900. Meanwhile, the Honey Badger Daniel Ricciardo chose Alfa Romeo Stelvio Q4, which costs around $95,000.

Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu came in green and red Alfa Romeo Giulia, respectively, which costs around $43,350. Also, Zhou used an Alfa Romeo scooter to arrive at the circuit during the weekend.
