Sergio Perez won the Monaco Grand Prix for the first time in his career. He was flawless throughout the race and got the jump on both Ferraris after a strategy masterclass from the team. He pitted at the right time on two separate occasions to get ahead of Ferraris and take the lead and the win.

During his celebrations with the team, he let an important detail slip up. Although we are sure that it was not intentional but the cameras caught it, nonetheless. It looks like he might stay with the Austrian team for a bit more time in Formula One.

Did Sergio Perez extend his contract with Red Bull?

During the cool down after the race, the Mexican was celebrating his achievement with his teammate and team principal. Right before going to the podium, he was caught on camera, saying that he signed a bit too early for Red Bull.
