Max Verstappen surprises Sergio Perez
The Spanish GP could be a crucial week in terms of the race for the championship. But, first Red Bull decided to celebrate the birth of Checo’s son in their own fashion. The 32-year-old arrived in the camp and immediately sensed something was up. “Surprise, surprise,” was his reaction as Verstappen hilariously replied, “I don’t know. Did something happen there?”

The Dutchman then provided some presents for Perez in the form of Max’s own merchandise. The reigning champion gifted a baby dress and a towel with Max’s previous number 33 printed on it. Further, he presented some stickers and socks.
Checo was clearly delighted and said, “Super nice, man. I’m sure he will love it.” As Verstappen continued to open his gift basket further, a surprised Mexican asked, “You brought everything, man,” to which Max replied, “Yeah, of course. When I heard your wife was pregnant, you know, little stickers he can play with.”

Formula 1 moves to Spain. And with Ferrari bringing huge upgrades, Red Bull will be on their toes. Only 19 points separate Verstappen from Leclerc and the Dutchman will look to further close the gap in Barcelona.
The Milton-Keynes outfit clearly has a better straight-line pace over Ferrari. However, the F1-75 could improve by 3-4 tenths with the new upgrade in place. Red Bull themselves is looking to decrease the weight of the car by 7 Kg. So, the battle for the championship could intensify further in Spain.
