And it seems that this routine has caught on as marvel’s Falcon and the Winter Soldier actor Danny Ramirez recently shared a video of running on the beach.

Hamilton‘s fitness has been the hot topic since his P4 finish in Baku on Sunday. He complained of having severe back pain from the porpoising and revealed that he had to take serious measures in the race.

The 7-time world champion has been one of the worst affected drivers from porpoising this season. But in Baku, the issue became too physical, causing Hamilton back pain during the race.
“[My] back is a little sore and bruised but nothing serious thankfully,” Hamilton said. I’ve had acupuncture and physio with Ang [Angela Cullen, his physio] and am on the way to my team to work with them on improving. We have to keep fighting. No time like the present to pull together and we will,”

“I nearly lost it in the high-speed several times. So the battle with the car was intense. And then at the end, the last 10 laps to the flag, I was just having to go internal, like, ‘you can do this, you’ve got this. Just bear with it.’” said Hamilton.

It is heroic of the British driver to bear such severe pain and continue to race. But he would hope that the team can find solutions for the issue ahead of the race in Canada this weekend.
The track surface may be similar to Baku and may bring out the same issue. Hopefully, he will be healthier heading to Montreal this weekend.
