Lewis Hamilton is known to adore his fans, no matter which part of the world. And, this time, things weren’t so different as he was overjoyed by fans in Austin ahead of the United States Grand Prix.
As the Knight was in his car, he was quite surprised to see fans holding banners of his name. Nevertheless, the 7-times world champion was appreciated by those who were cheering for him.

The Mercedes driver is Austin for the upcoming United States Grand Prix. So it is understandable that the city is excited about the F1 race after a year’s hiatus. However, what makes things more exciting is the love that fans have for Britain’s Knight.
The 7-times world champion was excited and thanked the fans for their support via Instagram. He wrote, “#Teamlhmexico I love you guys. Thank you for making my day.”

Additionally, as Lewis was recording the video, he said, “Haha, Wow, hehe. How do they know I was coming?”

The Knight will fight for this place in the standings
Last race weekend at Istanbul for the Turkish Grand Prix, Hamilton had to settle for fifth on the grid. While, his arch-rival, Max Verstappen came second, and earned enough points to take the top spot in the championship.
However, this upcoming weekend presents another opportunity in the form of the US Grand Prix. Lewis will throw everything at the Red Bull prodigy, while Verstappen would aim to beat the Mercedes driver once again this season.
