Daniel Ricciardo is clearly going through a rough patch on the racing track. Unsurprisingly, that hasn’t stopped him from having fun away from it. Lando Norris, like any ideal teammate, has been his partner in crime throughout his time at McLaren. Whether it’s having a space hopper race at Silverstone or answering some fun questions, the dynamic duo knows how to keep fans entertained.

Just before the Singapore GP, Daniel and Lando were seen taking on the ‘Guess the Baby’ challenge. Both McLaren men had to figure out who the drivers are from their baby faces.

Daniel Ricciardo didn’t get to the best of starts as he was stumped by the very first picture. Lando, knowing the answer to be himself, started to toy with Daniel as he said, “Who do you say it is?”

Daniel Ricciardo, struggling to identify Lando’s picture, replied, “I’m trying to go through the grid. It’s not Vettel though.” Lando Norris was in no mood to reveal the answer as he said, “The hair looks similar [to Vettel]. Long and curly.”

Lando Norris, after some more guesses, finally revealed the right answer to end Daniel’s misery. The Australian was in utter disbelief after that.  “I would have never picked that,” stated Daniel Ricciardo.

It seems like the duo had a wonderful time. Now, it’s time for Daniel and Lando need to switch back on if McLaren wants to have any chance of beating Alpine in the constructors’ championship.

McLaren and Alpine look set to fight it out for P4

It’s pretty close between Alpine and McLaren going into the business end of the season.  Alpine enjoys a slender lead of 18 points over McLaren in the constructors’ championship, but tables can turn pretty quickly in this circus on wheels.

McLaren might be snapping at Alpine’s heels, but Otmar Szafnauer is confident of accomplishing his goals. In a recent interview, Otmar said, “I have absolutely no worries about the rest of the season. Our goals are pretty clear. We want to finish at least fourth in the Constructors’ Championship.”

This battle has all the ingredients to go down to the wire. With Lando, Fernando, and Esteban performing decently well, Daniel Ricciardo could be the deciding factor.
