An F1 Grand Prix weekend always brings excitement and drama, and this time at the Turkish Grand Prix things weren’t so different. As Charles Leclerc was zipping around the Istanbul Park, he got into a heated argument with his race engineer.
The Ferrari engineer was looking to make suggestions to Leclerc to extract the maximum performance out of the race. However, instead of appreciating the help, the Monegasque racing driver snapped on the team radio.

As drivers zip around the track, they are in constant communication with their race engineers. Often, things do get heated on the team radio, which results in the driver getting into a heated argument with their engineer. This time, it was the Ferrari driver who was mad at his colleague.

Leclerc‘s engineer said, “Brake balance plus one suggestion?,” to which Charles fumingly replied, “Your suggestions are not in line with what I feel.”

A good start to the weekend for Leclerc
The 23-year-old has hit the ground running in Istanbul for the Turkish Grand Prix. In the first practice session on Friday, Leclerc found himself to be in the top-3.
Now, with FP2 just a few hours away, Leclerc would be hoping to do the same. After showing good pace around the Turkish track, Charles is optimistic about the high intense qualifying session on Saturday.
However, he knows the threat his rivals, such as Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton, have but hopes to beat them to the chequered flag in Sunday’s race.
