The arrival of the Lewis Hamilton doll

The little Lewis Hamilton fan had been yearning for merchandise related to the 7-time world champion. However, with the lack of any Hamilton merch to grant, her parent ended up creating a crochet doll of the Mercedes driver for the 3-year-old daughter.

The image was also posted on social media, which somehow reached Mercedes, and possibly the main man, Hamilton, as well.

Hadn’t had much luck finding F1-related stuff for kids where we live, so my first attempt at a crocheted toy was this Lewis doll for my three-year-old Hamilton fan. She now has a buddy to enjoy race weeks with,” the caption read.

Mercedes’ gift for the little Hamilton fangirl

The moment this news made it to the racing team, they managed to reach out to the little girl and offered her an unforgettable gift – a Hamilton-signed Mercedes AMG cap.

Soon, the parent also updated on social media about this exciting package that arrived from Mercedes. “Cannot thank the lovely people at Mercedes enough for the thoughtful gift they sent my little Lewis fan. Thrilled the team and Lewis just to see my original post, never expected such generosity,” the message read.

This isn’t the first time Hamilton is offering such a heart-warming gift to his fans. Recently, the 7-time world champion revealed that each of the spectators who waited in the rain during the race at Spa would be receiving a ‘secret gift’.
