Kimi Raikkonen is one of the most iconic drivers in Formula One. The Finn always entertains the F1 fan base with his antics on the team radio, and this time at the Brazilian Grand Prix it was no different.
As the Alfa Romeo driver was heading into the pitlane, he vented his frustration on the team radio. However, it was never his intention to press the radio button, but what was more interesting was his race engineer’s reaction.

When things don’t go their way, it is understandable that drivers get angry. This is the time it was the Alfa Romeo driver who showcased his emotions on the radio. Kimi’s race engineer wasn’t surprised to see him vent out his anger on the radio but instead asked him if he used his native language to do so.

Kimi said, “Vittu!,” to which his engineer responded, “I guess that was Finnish?”. Raikkonen replied, “I pressed the wrong button.”

How did Kimi perform in the qualifying session?
The Finn had a lackluster start to his Brazilan Grand Prix, as he found himself in thirteenth place in the first practice session. The 42-year-old wanted to redeem himself in the qualifying session but failed to make the impact that he was hoping for.
In the quali session, Kimi made it out of Q1, but couldn’t get out of the second round, and managed to find himself fourteenth on the timesheet.
Now, the Alfa Romeo driver will hope to improve his lap times in FP2, before pushing himself to the limit in the final Sprint race of this season at Interlagos.
