Lewis Hamilton beat Valtteri Bottas by 124 points in the 2020 season. With 11 wins and 14 podiums, the Briton was way ahead of his teammate. It is essential for the Finnish driver to close the point gap with Hamilton. If he can’t then at least be the best driver behind him because Verstappen is catching up fast.

The pair have been teammates for four years now. Despite beating Hamilton from time to time, the Finn was not consistent enough with his results. He remained in Hamilton’s rearview mirror most of the time.
