Arnold Schwarzenegger has adopted the plant-based diet in recent years and has been advocating the positive side of it ever since. Mr. Olympia, who has been a constant supporter of this diet from there on, shared a lot of info about the personal health and fitness benefits gained from this and believe to be a “real man” one doesn’t need to eat meat.

While Schwarzenegger, a man who he already is, still not 100% vegan, doesn’t think a real man needs to eat “steaks” to prove his manliness. In the Netflix series named The Game Changers, the former Californian governor shared how commercialization has taken over the idea of a real man.
Talking about this, Schwarzenegger conveyed, “I ate a lot of meat, they show those commercials… selling the idea that real man eats meat. But you gotta understand that’s marketing. That’s not based on reality.”
Apart from Arnold Schwarzenegger, a lot of other celebrities and sports personalities have adopted the plant-based diet in recent times and have shared the good side of it. Lewis Hamilton, being one of them, stated, “We all wanna feel great. Have more energy.”

The Mercedes star has been a vegan since 2017, revealing the positive side of being on a plant-based diet. Hamilton, who started this diet after an influence from a friend in New York, shared, “I have more energy; I’m so much more productive.”

In a report published by Mens Health, the seven-time world champion further stated, “I wake up feeling way better, clearer in thought and fresher in my body. I recover quicker; I sleep better. My skin cleared up. I have fewer allergies. There are just so many impacts.”
“I’m physically in better shape than I’ve ever been, and I’m more successful than ever right now, and my plant-based program has played such a big role in that,” concluded the Silver Arrows ace.
However, the Mercedes man has a plan for everyone who wants to take the plant-based diet. Hamilton suggested taking things slowly and steadily and taking things one at a time.
