Lewis Hamilton has landed in the United States of America ahead of the Miami Grand Prix this weekend. But before heading down South to Florida, the Mercedes driver made a quick pit stop in New York.
Notably, Lewis was even spotted hanging out with new-age Spider-Man, Tom Holland, in the city. This comes as a bit of a surprise for all Formula One fans, as he was expected to head straight to Miami to prepare for the race.

However, this is not the first time the Spiderman actor and the 7-time world champion have been clicked together. During the press junket for his movie Uncharted, Holland revealed that he has had dinner with Hamilton before.

Hamilton has walked the red carpet for the annual fashion event on a few occasions in recent years. Holland has been quite vocal about his admiration for the 7-time world champion and also commented on his heartbreak at the 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. He also revealed that he is a big Formula One fan and enjoys watching the races in his downtime.

It is indeed fascinating to see Holland’s interest and general awareness of F1. Lucky for him, he got his wish fulfilled in New York as he share a meal with the 7-time world champion ahead of an important Miami Grand Prix weekend.
So it won’t be a big surprise if we see the Spiderman actor at the event at some point in time during the weekend. But more importantly, this is a budding friendship that fans of both the stars will approve of.
