The much anticipated F1 season has finally started, meaning the wait is finally over. On the Bahrain circuit, all 20 cars were visible today as they monitored their progress in the first practice session. Red Bull once again was the standout performer, as predicted by experts and analysts. Although the days have been challenging for Tifosi fans in particular, especially with Carlos Sainz, the Scuderia fans were found fuming at the Ferrari management.
Many of us may not have considered Charles Leclerc’s statement that there is still work to be done on the new Ferrari SF-23 car seriously after the preseason testing. However, having seen how Carlos Sainz spun at the Bahrain Circuit, a lot of questions may be racing through our heads. The Formula 1 Twitter Handle has uploaded a post about how the 28-year-old spun at the track. They wrote, “Carlos Sainz goes for a spin. He recovers and is now heading back to the pits for some fresh tyres.”

During the practice session, Ferrari’s progress took a turn for the worst when the new, single-pylon rear wing, which produces more downforce, was discovered to be unstable while the driver was on the track. This caused the Monegasque to experience clutch problems. The other Ferrari driver was spotted doing a flying lap with 22 minutes left in the session, but as soon as he arrived at turn 9, the car hit a bump and bottomed out. The Spaniard crashed and spun out of control. As a result of Ferrari’s poor performance, some of the fans were unable to control their emotions, and a few supporters fired shots at the Ferrari management.
