Red Bull boss Christian Horner is in the news quite often. It is part of the job description. His personal life piques the interest of followers of the team and F1, in general.

Christian Horner married former Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell in 2015 after being engaged for a year. They married in a ceremony held in Woburn, Bedfordshire. They have since conceived their son, Monty who was born in 2017.
The couple also has children from their previous relationships. Geri, who was married to Sacha Gervasi, had a daughter from the relationship, Bluebell Madonna. Christian also had a daughter, Olivia, from his marriage with Beverly Allen.
Geri has previously been open to having another child with Christian. In an interview with HELLO!, she said “There’s room for another one [child], for sure, and if that happened that would be great. But either way is okay. We’ve got our hands pretty full and we’re very grateful for what we have.”
She loves her children and the experience. Her family life has changed quite a bit with Horner. She said, “We’ve gone from it being just Bluebell and me for so long, to this blended, modern family.”

As the ex-Spice Girl turned 50 recently, she posted a story “the best is yet to come”. Another child might as well be on the cards for the Red Bull couple.
Red Bull and the Christian Horner effect
Horner has a special connection with cars. His grandfather and father were involved as workers while Christian was a racing driver. But his racing career was quite short.
Christian started out with karting and went up to Formula 3000. However, he decided to leave racing, to develop the Arden team, as he believed he didn’t have the capabilities to reach the top.

He joined F1 and Red Bull Racing in 2005. Horner was the youngest team principal at the time, having been appointed RB’s first team principal after the acquisition of the Jaguar F1 team.
The Briton has since taken the team to the very top. Under his stewardship, Red Bull has won 4 Constructor’s Championships and 5 Driver’s Championships in the 17 seasons he has been in charge.

The team is on course to win both Championships in the 2022 season, by a comfortable margin. If there were discussions of the GOAT in his field, he would surely be one of the names considered.
