Lando Norris believes Daniel Ricciardo is now ‘trying to be all serious’

In a video courtesy of Sky Sports F1, Norris and Sainz took a trip down memory lane. And naturally, Sainz got to the topic of asking about how Lando would ‘control the Honey Badger’.

Norris said, “I’ll overfeed him.” And when Sainz followed it up and asked him why he would do that, Norris jokingly replied, “Then he gets overweight!”

Sainz then went on to ask him about whether he gets on well with his new teammate Ricciardo. And the 20-year-old said, “I’ve noticed a change lately with Daniel. You know he used to be all funny and jokey. And now he’s trying to be all serious.”

Perhaps a partnership with Lando is all that Ricciardo needs to find his way back to his former self.
