The Spanish GP is all set to go ahead this week. The teams are gearing up for Saturday’s FP3 and all-important qualifying session before the race the following day. This Grand Prix could play a pivotal part in terms of the race for the championship and mid-table battle as several teams are bringing huge upgrades.


Charles Leclerc and Ferrari lead the way, but they are closely followed by Max Verstappen. Moreover, only 19 points separate the two. With the Bulls picking up momentum in the last two races, they will look to further close the gap. The Prancing Horse, however, has lined up a new package for the race in Barcelona.

Friday saw two free practice sessions. Once again, Leclerc dominated both the sessions as he came out on top. Meanwhile, Mercedes had a solid FP2 session as George Russell and Lewis Hamilton finished P2 and P3, respectively.
