The Red Bull golden boy and F1 world champion, Max Verstappen, was recently featured in a GQ Sports interview. It was a fun segment about the Dutchman answering fan questions that poured all over from different corners of the world.

Verstappen took to the laptop GQ provided him, and went through fan questions on different social media platforms, including Twitter, Quora, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, and so on. The fans had posted what was on their mind and asked various things that they wondered about the champion on the internet. And they got themselves answered by the Dutchman himself.

On the world-famous platform of TikTok, one of Max Verstappen’s fans got curious about his thoughts on his former teammate, Daniel Ricciardo, moving away from the grid in the year 2023. Max instantly shared that he was a good friend, and sometimes it is what it is.

He replied saying, “I’m really good friends with Daniel. We had a lot of fun together as teammates. And sometimes things just don’t work out.”

“It’s better to leave instead of putting yourself in that difficult situation. I just hope for him that he finds a seat where he can continue to show how good he is.”

The Dutchman answered many other questions, some involving his biggest challenges and his preferences as to who he would like to race from F1 history!

Max Verstappen shares who he’d want to race against

The reigning Red Bull champion, Max Verstappen, got candid as he answered a bunch of fan questions. One such question on the Dutchman’s favorite platform, TikTok, was in regard to his desired opponent, anyone in from the sport’s history.

The question stated, “Okay, so out of all F1 drivers in history, who would you most want to race against?”

Max quickly jumped to answer. He said, “I get this question quite a lot. I would just like to race against my dad back in the day in his prime.”
