A video is getting viral where Mason and Lando are seen together. If you think this is the first time that Mason met the Mclaren driver, you might be wrong. Earlier this year, at the Monaco GP, the soccer star came to watch the Formula One race. Recently, during Mason’s visit to Mclaren’s office, he told Lando Norris about his fondness of go-karting.

He said, “To be fair, I actually love go-karting, I love it. I used to do it quite a lot when I was younger at birthday parties. Racing my mom and dad.

The 22-year-old interjected with, “You can always beat them.”

Mason jokingly said, “I always finished first.”

Giving his insights into the world of racing, Norris helped the 23-year-old with qualifying by saying, “if you want to be quick and you want to be on pole or whatever you’ve got to get to a point where you’re like you’re turning and just hoping you make it too far.”

Lando Norris finds his way to deal with immense pressure

Each race comes with an opportunity to win a podium. So it is the responsibility of the driver to make sure that all the hard work of the team does not go to waste. The pressure is immense for the driver. To go through such pressure, drivers find different ways out. For Lando, it’s Golf. It was Carlos Sainz who introduced Norris to the sport.

In July, the 22-year-old told SunSport, “Taking up golf has helped me a lot. When you can go out there and it’s just you, the club and the ball you stop thinking about all the other problems.”
